Edward Kennedy Professor of Health Policy and Management, Trinity College Dublin, Board Member, St James's Hospital. My research is on the funding and organisation of health services and on the evaluation of treatments and services.
I have worked in Universities, government and health services organisations for 30 years in Scotland, Northern Ireland, England and the Republic of Ireland.
